Help me out - What sort of genre is Dave Angel/Ian Pooley/Olav Basoski ?

My friend just gave me his Dave Angel "38 Flavours of Tech Funk" CD cos he doesnt really like it that much.
Im just listening to it and I quite like it.
is this funky techno, im not really sure, it has an Adam Beyer track on it so I thought it might be......anyone clear it up for me/suggest some more artists?

| Pooley and Basoski are both straight up house music. Pooley tends to have a more laid back, jazzy feel while Olav Basoski has a more slamming, dance-floor friendly "funk" to his tunes, but yea, they're both house producers. |
