me mates av planned a trip to blackpool in september where its three of our 18th birthdfays around the same date so loads of us r goin,
wasnt my choice of location but im goin any how as all me marras r.
get mashed as f00k and shag as many birds as possible basically.
well be goin for a long weekend, so itll be mint if it doesnt piss down,
anyone been before? and does anyone if theres any trance nights gonna be popping up anywhere there? would be nice to go there n hear some gud music.
can any one recommend anywhere to go wen im there??

| there was a nite in blackpool some ukta's where going to dj at, dont tihnk it ever happened but neo should know about it |

classy.......adn no there r no good nights in blackpool i live like 15 mins awa by train..its beerboy land..its really rough, always fighting and stuff..only good place is the pleasure beach on a sunny day of ya pickle :D |

I saw an advert in Mixmag once advertising the tidy boys and some otherharder DJ's at that Syndicate Club. I checked the events listing till august AJ Gibson from Godskitchen is on (there was no septemeber listings up yet) on the 21st.
it still looks a bit commercial to me though. |

hmm i think this may b a smilar thing to what happend wiv derby's zanzibar.....they advertised tidy boys but it was a load of rubbish - sum cheap rip off who didnt even play decent music..lol...and tbh i think if they did get any harder djs in blackpool its defo gonna b no more than a 30minute set, with plenty of hard mixes of lasgo thrown in for good measure :D :p :haha: |

gonna look further into that insomia club, im not up for a nite of fighting like lol, im sure we ll make the most of it tho so itll still be a laff ,

there are numourous clubs in Blackpool
ones to avoid are places like 'The Waterfront' which plays ty commercial dance music for beer boys
'heaven and hell' is the same
Insomnia in topping street have just relaunched a trance night on wednesdays named 'The Edge' playing mainly hard trance from my experiences there.
And The Syndicate do a regular trance night every thursday with some special guest DJ's at weekends which have included Lisa Loud, Tall Paul etc.

and with anything its what u make of it, so well av a blast.
