Thanks! Now hopefully I get the job... I need to finance my tickets to Aria and some smaller things like rent, phone bill, electricity,etc.. nothing big there. :p |

i had 2 interviews today , one to do surveys , the other one to sell insurance for credit cards , i got the first job easily , i'm waiting for their decision concerning the second , at least i'm sure on monday morning i'm working :D but i'd prefer to get the 2nd job because it's well paid and the working hours are better |

I got a job today as well, working at Mc Donalds heheh. Its worth it though cause when I get Turntables I will be very happy. |

Hehe working at Mcdo...I did that for three months a couple of years ago...never again. lol...those friday night rushes can be killer. I'll stick to my graveyard shift at the local dep...getting paid good money to sit on your ass and serve the occasional customer. Of course I'm also looking for a summer job, something to with computers. We shall see! |

I work for the City of London muncipality in the Parks and Recreation divison. Anybody ever been to Labatt Park in London? It's our little pro ball park that has the new CBL team The London Monarchs. Anyway, I cut the grass, pack the mounds, rake , paint the lines and.....I'm unionised!! hehe
I make 14 bucks an hour at 40 hours per week. I own you all.:p
just for summer, then back to UWO! |

I worked at McDonalds 4 years ago as well, and I found the only times that it was bearable were during the rushes! The time flew by and you didn't get harassed to clean and wash the nasty equipment.
Whatever you do, don't work the closing shift or you'll have to wash EVERYTHING, including the vats and the grills and will probably burn yourself sevral times in the process. I did. But it's definitely an experience to remember, and looks really good on a resume later on when you're applying for other jobs. They seriously love it.
So.. anyone want to hook me up with a job for July and half of August? |
