Have you guys ever heard of the phrase "ignore it and it'll go way?". I don't know this guy, but apparently he's done something wrong, so I'll assume that you guys have some reason to reproach him. But so long as you keep on abusing him, he keeps on getting attention, so he'll keep on coming back and provoking.
