'Unlimited Bandwidth' does not exist, go to anyone in the industry and mention that term and watch as your ass is laughed out of the room.
It is a gimmick used to bring in the casual user who has little clue about bandwidth and doesn't bother to read the fine print on the Terms of Service / AUP. Some places are notorious for doing this - and get away with it - cuz there is a newbie born every minute.
Think about it.. why should Joe Blow Pay $1000s a month in bandwidth fees when he can get an 'unlimited' account for $50/month?
As for images raping bandwidth... its not that bad... but as long as the images have the URL of the site where it originally came from - then its not so bad if they link to them, since it is advertising in a way. Over the years there have been hundreds of places that have link stealed from me, but since I have my web address in the filename I really don't care - unless it becomes really excessive that is. |

one things then, find about 5 of these companies that claim to have "unlimited bandwidth" and sue their ass for false advertising! youll make millions from it ;) |
