Hmm well the first thing that comes to mind is some sort of a debate-like setting, but then I realized that it could quickly get out of hand. I suppose in an attempt to keep emotions at the proverbial door you could make up a fake situation in a fake land that uses the same ideas behind the issues you're covering, but not so thinly-veiled that people can see right through it and start getting passionate about the argument again.
On second thought, any sort of debate-like thing is a bad idea. So scratch that.
