| I need a mp3 cutter for a large file. more specifically, i want to be able to cut tracks from dave dresden's live at technodrome set. any recommandations? |

alot of threads regarding this issue exist already, but anyways...
i've tried alot of mp3 cutters, the best i could recommend is GoldWave ;) |

| Well, if you have the registered version of Quicktime, I know you can use that to split any supported audio files. I also have had good experience with Cool MP3 Splitter (http://www.yaosoft.com). Or if you're feeling hardcore, Sonic Foundry's Soundforge always can get the trick done, but only if you're willing to shell out quite a bit of cash. |

| have u tried mp3directcut? try it (its free) and if that doesn't work, PM me and i'll hook u up with soundforge :D |

| i use Soundforge or Acoustica MP3 Audio Mixer. |

soundforge is like goldwave only better
it can work with files larger than goldwave can handle, and its better in general, works quicker imo |
