That depends on how quickly it goes to the supreme court...
They've already got a conservative streak, and if the Bushies can appoint another judge they'll have a solid majority, which means chances for things like the Patriot Act being upheld become much better (or worse...) |

| Everyone made a big deal of Ashcroft becoming US Attorney General, and how it was a big mistake. Then everyone got complacent. Now everyone is looking at their backside to see Ashcroft biting their ass. |

The US helped put Saddam in power to create a puppet regime. Him and his CIA buddy, Bush Sr., were supposed to dramatically curtail oil prices. Hmm, I wonder what happened? |
