| looks on 1024. Let the browsers know what settings are recommended for the site. resolution etc. |

right, not a bad start but heres a few things you might want to consider.
Firstly id remove the Mac reference as its not going to do your site anygood to be hounded by apple employee's.
2ndly you need some sort of general theme for the site to work aesthetically.The chick up in the top left hand corner may well-be cute and have some sort of dj reference, but apart from that its pretty random.
Lastly fix your gridding, either change your page format oe line-break your blog entries cos its messing with your nav to the left ( graphically)

it's just a start and i like the mac thing, because it's simple and not too busy (i don't know if it's the good word), i looked at several weblogs and almost everywhere i see a chick at the upperside that has nothing to do with the site so i copied it but added a chick that has something to do with the site, so image the site without the chick it's boring
and i don't know what you mean by gridding i cannot chanmge much with blogger:( |

I agree, you should center the whole site. There are some good tools to use in Dreamweaver MX (Which you probablies use anyways...But if you dont I recommend big time :D). Overall very good start, keep attit!

P.S. - Is that the MAC OSX skin you are using to tile your website with...? |

| Looks nice :) As ppl have said before just center the site :) and the links that you've got on the left should open in a new windows :) otehr than that its good :) the girl is hot too ;) haha |

yes it's mac os x, i like it use it on windows xp too!
i'm gonna try to center the site tomorrow! and make links open in a new window |

or how about do your own thing, and dont just copy a lame design idea that several other sites have copied off each other?
if your site has enough content and has an interesting design, you wont NEED a random girl for all the males surfing the internet to stare at.. they will want to come because of what you have.
, i could post a porn picture on my website (that gets around 2,000 unique hits a day, for my anime hub i download it), so that more people would look at it, but wtf would be the point of that? i prefer to get my visitors based on what i have in the site.. not what i think they would jack off over. |
