I thinks this party deserves mention.
Saturday April 19th
Trinity Bellwoods Park
Noon-10pm
This sounds like a pretty cool event. Anti-War protest mixed with an extensive DJ line up in an outdoor environment in downtown Toronto.
Sure to be a cool, chill, friendly atmosphere. And the best part is that is all free.
I'm definetly checking this out with my family (lol dad too!). Would be really cool to see some TAs there aswell!

| For those who don't know Trinity Bellwoods is located at Shaw and Dundas (just west of Bathurst). And it also meets Queen Street west at its south end. |

Pretty sure it would 10pm sharp as sated. Blasting loud music in the middle of the night in Downtown Toronto isn't cool. Good way to preparty though... all the TA candy kids can go to Hulla afterwards. :P |

I was there.
Got there about 8 stayed till the end. The music was alright. Went from Hard House, to Downtempo breaks/dnb, to Nu-NRG, and then a little hard trance. Missed lots of other sets though.
Otherwise though it was actually pretty dead. Crowd was very dispersed no real dancing was going on. The vibe was chilled and friendly tho which was good.
Saw a couple friends which was cool but ended up sitting with some "plury" ravers after friends left.
Was good to hear cool music in a nice outdoor atmosphere, just wish there was a better turn out. |
