I saw Fischerspooner - Emerge video on Much Music! Electronica artist on MUCH MUSIC? Since when? The video is creepy as hell. Beats Marlyn Manson any day.
PvD on Z103.5 and Fischerspooner on MuchMusic?
Electronica invasion is coming!!!
Any input on the video? Personally, I'm not too familiar with the artist, but that guy sure knows how to creep you out. |

| They actually showed Emerge quite a few times, considering how I saw it about 3 times on Much. Fischepooner is definately not my cup of tea but he did a great remix of Kylie's Come Into My World. :) |

I'd have to agree with you on that one. Neither Fischerspooner nor Kylie Minogue are my favourite artists, but the remix is not a bad one. :) |

| I think Fischerspooners mix of CIMW is the best out of a poor bunch, and probably one of the best out of all the Fever singles. I dont mind Kylie at all. Shes bubbly fun. :toothless |

ive seen several videos on Much music that are Electronic inluding,
-several prodidigy tunes,
-Underworld - 2 months off,
-Underworld - born slippy
-Chemical Brothers - several trakcs by them
-Paul Van Dyk - face to face
-Moby - we are all made of stars (Tiesto mix)
oh and the Fischerspooner video as well.
this is not an invasion cos they show these under the "uncharted" segment of various shows and generally several months late.I rememberhearing Fischerspooner back in July 2002 and nowonly they showed the video.
however i was shocked when i saw the Underworld 2 months off video which was shown about a month after its release on vinyl/cd/whathave u |

Nothing wrong with showing a few electronic vids here and there. By no means an "invasion" at all. MM have been showing them for years. As El Kay Dee said, Prodigy, Chems and Underworld have been getting played for years. Given not very often but thats a good thing. Hell, I would never have seen some of those vids had it not been for them. They actually used to have an all electronic show the fist friday of every month awhile back which was quite good.
Being that there's such a huge electronic following, it would be stupid of them not to give them some airplay. |

well i thought that too but i went for one of the "Life in the so called space age" nights @ zen lounge (organized by the same folks who have darkrave) and i was loving it
Emerge was dropped recently by Orkidea and BT when they were here last.
and on a final note, the video is not one bit scary....its artistic..the makeup and clothing etc. is based on the 80s styling |
