I tLooks similiar to the Japanese Kanji that Akuma from Street fighter has on hs back. Let me check what it means and I'll be back to post.
EDIT:
I think it means:
"Heaven", "Sky", and "Destiny". One of Those as far as I know my Japanese, the language itself, one Kanji can mean many different things. I am still learning :D |

It's not that kanji. The one you're referring to has *2* horizontal lines on top.
The one in Muff2k's avatar means "big", or also "man" (I think?), like Sage2635 said. |

i've heard it means 'BIG', and i've heard it means 'MAN'
when it's flipped u say?
