it's actually a set he played in a German club called Palledeum.I think it's in Koln. I have that set in which a german guy in the club announces Chicane and then the crowd goes crazy and then the set starts.
HOw do you know he's not mixing? I also think he is playing all the instruments, but can you hear the difference when he's mixing? |

by"not mixing" i mean that he just plays a song,ppl go mad,starts another,stops etc.hes isnt trying to be seemless.

Yeah, newest tracks are Love on the Run (available on CD-S and Vinyl as original, Rob Searle Force Five Mix, and Blank & Jones Mix) and Arizona (Part One).
Arizona (Part Two) will be out in short order with another new track on it, and a new full length is due out in early summer. |

Because Nick never mixes in the typical meaning of the word?
In Palladium there are breaks in between each song (btw: I don't know what instruments, if any he was playing live. To me it sounds like he's playing the drummy/bongo things live, but beyond that I don't know what he was doing...)
And on every other 'set' I've gotten from him: The Galaxy Chill-Out, the Ministry of Sound Chill Set, and the Visions of Ibiza double CD set he has the tracks unmixed or barely mixed.
Nick is a producer, his djing skills are limited at best. |

| It seems like many people on this site have similar tastes as myself - I would have to claim that the my favourite Chicane track is "Saltwater" however "Don't Give Up" is a close second. All of Chicanes productions however are great! |

seriously, how does almost noone else like it ?
others which come close are "Offshore" original, Offshore '97 power circle vocal mix, "Autumn Tactics" original, "*the drive home*", "Dont Give Up" disco citizens vs tomski remix, disco citizens "footprint" and also some mix of Offshore which i think is the anthony pappa bootleg, its verrrry nice!
