i was wondering something:
tiesto's new cd has the tune "as the rush comes" on it. but this tune is still unsigned, so this means no record lable has a contract for releasing it right?
how does the "licensing" (from the side of tiesto.. who wants the tune on his compilation cd) thing work then?

| i think tiesto just asked them if it was cool to use it. of course dave and josh would say yes, its awesome exposure. Oakenfold contacted dave and just for putting as the rush comes on his new compilation also. |
