ordering from the PIT with COD?

I'm about to order a bunch of records from the Pit in Toronto, but I was wondering if anyone knew how to set up a COD order?
I emailed them, and this is what they responded with:
yes it is.

how about you give me the list of records that you want to buy, and i go buy them for you, then you pay me back. as a "service fee" i take the best one of the bunch, subject to my discretion.
