I sleep on the side and I offen tend to sleep on my arm, so when I wakeup I've lost all my sense of touch in it.
Pretty scary when u can feel your arm for 3-4 minutes. :nervous:

i like to sleep on something like a pillow or my gf

HAHAHA everyone likes that.. maybe except ur GF, but then again.. do guys mind it?

Hmmm.. me personally i prefer to sleep UP but can't fall asleep as fast.. but it does give you a dam nice restfull sleep cause your back is perfectly relaxed, while on your side, your back is always bent.. not good me thinkZ???

Try doing this.. sleep UP and take slow deep breaths... do it really slow and count slowly to 20... i guarantee that you will fall asleep b4 yuo hit 20, i always do...

i trash a lot in my sleep, but usually wake up on my back, with my hands in my pants...:/

I usually sleep on my sides. Usually when I wake up from a nightmare I find I was on my back...so I don't sleep on my back much.

sleeping anywhere but on your back gives you a higher chance of having sleep paralysis

I heard that sleeping in right side assists digestion.

Is that true? I've experienced sleep paralysis once. Not a very nice feeling! :nervous:

What's sleep paralysis?

Its where you cant move your body just before waking up and you remember the feeling vividly (in my case that is). Sleep paralysis is also most likely the cause of people claiming to be "abducted by aliens." That feeling of just not being able to move your body is so horrible.=(
