rite i got a massive spread sheet full of data, and i want to plot individual graphs for each coloum, ill write a example as its easier to understand
colum a = age, with the data in there being 1,2,3,4,5,6 & 7 (where 1 refers to under 18, 2 referes to 19-24 etc) I want to plot a graph that shoes how many people of age 1, 2, 3 and so on there are.
I did know how to do this once but its been ages since i used excell and i cant remember please help mee!

ok, so 1-7 in colum a, are they the x variables or y? meaning, aer they the numbr of ppl with those ages or are they teh catergory names for each of those age groups?
so to make a graph, clivk on the graph wizard. then youhave to select the plot you want. this is going to depend on your answer to the question above. i would suggest a bar graph since it sounds like you are using categorical data.

the graph wizard dont do what i want it to to tech :P
no, i think ive already to confuse ya! in colum a there are 164 entries, with each entry being 1,2,3,4,5,6 or 7. this does corespond to a age-range, the program we used for the questionairs exported the data like that.
what imm wanting is a histogram of frequency chart i think :conf:
