I used to have windows 98 on my comp. and I got tired of the bugs and crashes, and upgraded to windows XP.
And I came to loathe it strongly. so I ended up with windows 2000 pro.
which is, I think the best one out of the lot.( after updating it)
Just wondering what you guys use, I know all the new computers come with XP preloaded on them..so I asume thats what most of you have ??
So is there annyone else there who thinks Xp it total ?

its all about how you have it set up :)
if your computer cant handle it then dont bother ;) |

yea i used to used win2k and lived by it... didnt want to convert to xp, but once they got those updates for xp, i found it to be more user friendly and actually faster than win2k...
i may actually convert back; just to be sure win2k is worst. just cause i like it so much :P |

| Ive got 4 computers, on the 2 other ones i use 98se, and on one of my newer ones iuse xp pro corp, and on my newest on i use windows server 2003 enterprise edition. |

| I just dont like how Xp is "user friendly" but in a sence it takes over your computer. Microsoft tries too hard to protect pepl from pirating it,,, |

exactly how i was....before those updates you couldnt pay me to use WinXP
now im all over it :D |

| XP pro is the best when u have the right version and tweak it just right. Windows Server 2003 can be tweak too but its not mature enought yet |
