Junkie XL - Catch Up to My Step

Mr.Mystery
Hmm... sounds like an attempt to recreate A Little Less Conversation... well, it uses the same drumloop anyway.

After Breezer & Beauty Never Fades I wasn't quite expecting this, sounds almost like Fatboy Slim with those vocals.

Samples: (sucky windows media)
Cheeky Paul Single Edit
Boss@Nova Remix
Minimalistix Electro Mix
Frank T. Electro Wave Remix (dunno where this sample is from since it's not even in the release)

COMMENT
The man who Brought the King back to life (A little less conversation)
µafter the underground succes of Beauty never fades and Breezer.
The man teams up with rhythm and Blues and soul legend "Solomon Burke" for some Big Chemical Beats fest on the extended and more groovy progressivness by Belgian finest Boss@nova and the Minimalistix posse delivers a great Electro

Hmm... the more I listen to it the more I like it.
Granted, it's not his best work by far but it's funky and happy, gotta have a bit o'that sometimes.

It's obviously from the "daytime" disc of his album and I'm pretty sure the first disc will contain more of this sort (whereas the second disc will be more raw and filthy).

Scary stuff... can't say I'm looking forward to his album anymore... well, at least not the "daylight disc" if this track is supposed to give you any idea what to expect... :nervous:
beema
