I always use the Holiday Inn Select when I party in montreal.
Its a very nice hotel but not as expensive as some of the others.
Travers lodge is cheaper but scuzzy and the rooms are really small.
holiday inn select has nice rooms tho. Thats where I'll be staying myself on victoria day weekend.:tongue3 |

My guess is if its close to Aria its a few hour hotel. A) pickup prostitute, or Drugs, b) go to fancily named hotel (usually the nicer it sounds, the tier it is), c) shag or inject!
The choices are endless. |

| I've never heard of that place, but if it's on Sherbrooke and near Aria, as it is, I'm sure it's not too bad. I think I've seen that building too, and the photos look pretty nice. Fully equipped is a good idea if you're staying for a few days, less money spent on eating out. |

When my group stayed in Mtl for PVD, we stayed at the Hotel-Suites Le Faubourg. A bit east of where I'd prefer, but it's walking distance to Aria (think less than 2 blocks), and the rooms were sooooooo kick-ass for the price. You also get a kitchenette for pre-bar drinks or snacks and the breakfast is free when you wander in after the club! We had guests come over from teh Travelodge and say how much better our room was. Cabs to Crescent/St. Catherine were like $5-6.
Right on Rene-Levesque and a block or 2 west of St.Denis. |
