| Nothing technical here. Just wondering, from who/what/where did you get your DJ name? Any good stories behind those? |

I dont really want to call it my "DJ" name since I'm not really a DJ...
but my friend came up with Sarah Mixington because I'm British and thought something -ington would sound brit as well. (ie Kensington, Wellington, etc.)

My Dj name is Walter Mindz. How did i get that? Well my middle name is Walter, and i decided to use it creatively, so i looked at my name as if the "W" were silent which left word "Alter". Now from there, I thought about the music I spin... that being Trance, and what that music should do to someone. It takes their mind to another place or at least is should. So as a Dj that plays that music, I would be the person helping to alter peoples minds. In the end throwing Mindz at the end of my name would work, so i went with it.

Hmmm... My buddy Eric and I play under the alias 'Vagrant'. It really came from nowhere remarkable, as we spent a lot of time trying to think of something both catchy and significant. 'Vagrant' is what we ultimately arrived at. |

that's actually a lie. matt and eric were in a garage band back in '93 called 'vagrant youth.' they realized it sounded liiiiiiaaaaame and shortened it to "vagrant."
muhahahahaha
seriously tho, vagrant are really good. i can't wait to see them again:) |
