yesterday at Aria, great tracks dropped by James Lavelle one after the other... awesome beats, they were excellent.

But the set? I mean I can't get into it, its like there's no "logical progression", tracks don't mix with each other. I don't know its hard to explain. I love the tracks, but not the set.

anyone else has that same dilemma?

same here malek , a lot of breakz tracks are great , but a whole set is hard for me to listen to , i don't know why ... maybe too much used to the 4x4

my own reason is because the tunes a very diffrent. and when they mix, maybe the beat stays but the whole feeling of the next song changes, like it doesnt match, even if they are very nice tunes :P

I felt at home with Hybrid right off the bat, so I guess it's just gotta be your thing. Maybe it takes other people to get into it, but I find that tracks work really well together and I love the beat, it just kills me!

Breaks 4 evah :p

I hated breaks then the power of the breaks took over and I'm a breakbeat whore. Saw hybrid and dj hyper is on may 9th

i love breaks live....and i too love certain tracks...but when i listen to a hybrid cd or something...it gets boring fast....also u need a really good sound system that can handle lows..or else u wont hear the different base samples

that or like fast said....16 bar trance has taken the best of us :p
