Mine comes from the Wildchild track "Renegade Master", which was a pretty cool track at the time I had to choose my first ICQ nick.
Renegade Master sounded incredibly try-hard to anyone who hadn't heard the song though, so it became Renegade later on. Now Renegade sounds a bit try hard as well, so most forums I register on these days I use my initials as my nick-name.
So there you go. |

haha contrary to some people thinking there is some noble history to my name (which is spelt incorrectly btw, but rot), I've actually had it since I started using mIRC, because there was a warez channel I inititally hung out in and they'd never remember who I was... anywho, trying hard to be 1337 (as many young teens do... or not) I wanted them to remember me and when I mentioned the reason behind my nick to them, it actually worked. lol. The underscore just gives it a bit of style, don't u think? ;) |
