I was spinning some tunes yesterday when I noticed something bizarre. I've got a fish tank near my decks, and one my fish was bobbing to the beat. So I turn up the volume, and throw in a little more bass, and now the fish is fanning his tail in sync with the beat too! The song begins to build and intensify, and accordingly, so do the actions of this one particular fish. He's dipping and diving and swimming in circles, all in time to the music.
As you might imagine, this was a great little show to watch while spinning. The fish was diggin my show, and I was feeding off his energy, like AVB fed off ours at iDream. Then at one point, I had my head down for a few moments during a mix, and look up to find the 'boogie' fish, face to face with another fish, giving him a glowstick show. Now, I ing HATE glowstick shows, so I cut the music right then and there. Straight away the 'boogie' fish dropped his glowsticks, and turned to face me. At first I expected an agressive response, harsh words or something. But this fish, ...his eyes were HUGE! He was riding the good vibe.
Through the glass of the aquarium I heard him say "I don't wanna rock, DJ, But you're making me feel so nice. When's it gonna stop, DJ
Cause you're keepin' me up all night". But I just shook my head - in' glowsticks. It was gonna take a lot more than a few kind words from a guppy to get me bustin' moves again.
And that's when I noticed two of my african dwarf frogs, in the same aquarium, bouncing up and down on a large rock. Between them, they carried the TUNE sign. Frogs are so reliable like that. So I threw down some more toonage, while my aquatic friends gigged & boogied, and Tatgirl swam all over the place, taking pictures.

I know for a fact Sooper does not have fish. But then why did he have the bowl Paco, why'd he have the bowl?
