I'm going to Amsterdam next Thursday. The photo on my passport is 4 years old & on it I have a grade 1 shaved head.
Now my hair is long, spikey, and bleached......
Is this going to cause problems???
:nervous: |

| Well if the passport is still valid, it shouldn't cause serious problems. |

| Yes it will be a problem. Customs will interrogate you for HOURS in some darkened room and force you to listen to euro cheeze.:p Naw you should have no problems Spad. Just bring extra ID and you should be fine man. Have fun @ the Tiesto concert. |

| I know what U mean. On my passport photography I have long hair and glasses. Now I rarely wear glasses, and my hair is very very short. It was a problem a year ago when I just had turned 18, and I had no other ID than my passport.. This happened when I went to some bars, the bartender looked at it for a long time, aksed my birhtday and all kinds of stuff, then I told him that I'd get my drivers license in 2 weeks, and there's a better photography. But as long as it's valid, they have to accept it. |

If my brother's passport had a picture of him when he was 6 months old, and he managed to go to the US being 14, why wouldn't you? :D
I had a similar one (I was 2 years old when I had my photo taken) and I used it as an ID till I turned 17 :) |

in the uk you have to renew your passport every ten years and update your photo more often than that, i think, if your a kid. |

I'd never get the passport renew'd in time though. Unfortunatly the photo on my passport isn't interchangable :) |
