for those that love their techno, u may have heard a track by Nitzer Ebb called 'Let Your Body Learn'.. now when i first heard this i was blown away by its originality...
but then the other day my mate brought a few old records from the 80's round for a laugh and we found this old Grand Master Flash track called Grand Master & Melle Mel - White Lines (Dont Dont Do It) made in 1983.. would you beleive it? they are incredibly similar in style & structure (but obviosly without the stomping techno beat :p). the lyrics are slightly different.. for example, instead of saying 'dont dont do it' it sez 'let ur body learn'... they both shout random words and the voice skips about all over place in exactly the same fashion!
decide for yourselves.. heres some samples
Sample of Grand Master & Melle Mel - White Lines (Dont Dont Do It) - 1983
Sample of Nitzer Ebb - Let Your Body Learn - 2002
