All right, here comes the expert...I work in an Aquarium! hehe.
I dunno if the feel pain, but they do have a long term memory im pretty sure. With some of the fish if they see a pot of food shaken in front of them they'll swim up to the surface waiting to be fed. However, some fish if you put a net in the tank will actually swim into it to find out what it is! Tis Funny! Ok, yeah im Sad. |

actualy it's pretty sad that fish only remember for about a minute, if they are happy, the only thing they ever know is that they are happy, when they are sad, the only thing they ever know is that they are sad, when they die, the only thing the remember from there life is that they are die-ing

(and it's profen that fish don't have nerves and so they CANT feel pain, so they don't feel pain, okey being taken out of the water end probably makes them feel unhappy :( ) |

me and a friend is gunna buy a goldfish and put it in the toilet
and see if it will swim away, my moneys on it will
if it doesnt we think we shall get it mildly drunk by tipping some vodka in the toilet bowl
anyway, back to the topic
i dont think fish can feel pain, they dont really show it
but they do flap alot :D |
