Hi all,
I personnaly realy like Mauro,.aspecially the way he starts a set. He usually starts with a realy nice tune or sample and all of a sudden a massive techno tracks takes it over,..wow!!:D

| picotto is top of the line for me he produces such a wide range of styles and theyre all usually good...and whats the matter with komodo and proximus? just cause they play it on the radio in one place doesnt mean its commercial cause it varies from country to country and even if they are that doesnt mean theyre not good :) |

glad to see that everyone enjoys the music he plays. I think he deserves alot of credit for having an original sound(which is rare nowadays). He will be in miami @ space in august/sep i think
wish i could be there but space - 21 and up .. anyone got the hookups?

I wont be trekking up there to see Acosta spin - remember he spins in Miami @ Shadow Lounge all the time. I guess i sound spoiled - sorry!
I've seen a LOT of DJ's, but NOTHING compares to a Mauro Picotto set. The energy is sick. Anyone who can play the same 20 records every night at every set, and still be admired, has to be one of the best in my eyes....
Its his own total style, i guess that is what makes it so great... the hard beats followed by the trancey interludes.... damn.

Yeap, Mauro Picotto is a great DJ, Producer, I do love his IGUANA, LIZARD, and Komodo tracks, his sets are good, I just dont like when he gets that kinda Hard House sounds, but it will sound good anyways when your on the mood for partying for anything.. anyways...
BObbO.. last year there was a fest called, CYBERFEST in central florida, Ultra kinda thing but names werent as big, but they did have Carl Cox, Acosta, Scott Bond, and 1 other Crasher Resident DJ's, and whole line up for every genre, some famous, some none..
Have you heard any word about CYBERFEST ?!?!?!

For you people that think his style of music is the songs like :Lizard,Iquanna,or Komodo......then you dont know his style at all...he produces so many styles of music....but his style is TECHNO!!!!!!!!!! his best productions are without a doubt

Mauro is the KING and I'm sure that M5 and Bellie totally agree with me!!!!! We've danced our asses off last Saturday at Qlimax....Mauro was thrilling!!!!!!!! And I love all his songs...including Komodo, Proximus and Like this Like that.....poo! :p
