jesus, i never knew most of the djs i listen to are so ugly... after reading and looking through all of the posts in this thread... i have come to one conclusion.... CHRIST there are a lot of ugly djs... guys like warmduscher, alex morph, and mario piu make tiesto look like a model.... i thought best looking was dj taucher... i really like his style actualli... i thought he looked realli koo ^_^

I haven't heard about any "trance rule" book, which tell who is allowed to listen trance, and who is allowed to be trance or prog. dj, so i don't think that trance (and electronic music) is only for the beautiful people.
So then who cares about how a dj looks like ? You listen his/her mix, because you like his track selection, mixing, etc. You visit his party at your local club because you want to listen it live, and you want party with your dj.
And if the "look" counts : the pretier (man/woman) dj can make better music ? This is what this topic tells to me.

I totally agree, this is an immature garbage thread. What is the point? The people contributing are just looking at the djs the same way you look at everybody else in the world, people who you can look down upon because of their looks. Grow up.
How can you justify making fun of djs as fun? Can you answer the one important question... why is this necessary? How can you say that he is self righteous.. when you are the ones trying to make yourselves feel better by making fun of djs! Hypocracy at its best.. :rolleyes:

| and another thing: you wonder when electronic music will ever go mainstream... well the people behind the songs arnt very camera worthy from the music industry point of view. thus unless you have some absurdly goodlooking Producer/DJ with talent coming along every week i dont know how it could ever go mainstream.... its all about the looks in showbiz..... |
