almost true - although the fact being that we had to do twice as much work, and take all the from the boss when things went wrong - and the customers always shouted at us too - was possibley the worst job i've ever had :nervous: |

| Guernsey has its ownbanknotes. You can use UK notes and coins over here but you can use Guernsey money in the UK, I remember one time I was in gatwick just getting a newspaper and I had the exact change apart from the 10p was a Guernsey one, and the women wouldnt take it so I had to give her a tenner. |

hehe, the law with money from British states, i.e nothern ireland, ireland, guernsey, isle of man, etc is that they can only accept the paper money from that state, not coins.
But when someone does it to me at work, i just give the foreign coin in the change to the next customer :tongue2 |
