After this stupid mofo denies the Holocaust and runs the hate group in Canada for yrs and after yrs of taking his ass to court. We have finally kicked him out for good.

This doesnt mean he's being deported.The court has to go through proceedings to decide whether they want to force him to leave Canada. There are no time limits on these proceedings, so it could be forever.
If you actually read the judgements for Zundel's appeal to the supreme court of Canada, the judges in his favor make some very interesting arguments for why his right to freedom of expression triumphs. |

Jail time is not the right term. Not only wil he go to Prison In Germany but they will throw away the key. Hate Crimes are Punished TO THE EXTREME in Germany. We have some of the toughest Hate crime law.s in the world now. On Top of that Zuendel Wilg et Ass raped DAILY as the Warden will most likely give him a "nice" cell mate to be his "bear". Zuendel Better Kill Himself b4 he goes to Jail because the rest of his life will be hell if he decides to spend it in a Cell. |

This is sad...our world is totally messed up. Making him suffer because of his crimes will not solve anything.
I see no difference between him spewing hate against Jews (or whatever he did) and you guys spewing hate against him.

Good, send the ****** where he belongs. But I know the Germans will treat with extreme prejudice and kick him in the nuts until they fall off. hating a race of human is one thing, but going on and on, and doing the he does is unacceptable. Good riddens ! |

Of course! How silly of society to punish criminals! That will never work! Instead, we should all petition to have him go free so he can continue to commit his criminal acts!

But I thought all he was doing was exercising his right to free speech? It's not like he's actually killing Jews or anything. Besides, I'm against all forms of "punishment." My theory is that basically, when someone commits a crime or error, it's because they are mentally ill in some way, and "punishing" that person is like punishing a handicapped person for being handicapped. |
