I didn't even know it was today but I took a pic... I was studying and this HUGE noise comes from outside on Bloor. Needless to say my balcony smells like . :whip:

As much as this march/demonstration means to some people, I doubt that most of the teenagers on the street there are serious to the cause of legalizing it for the purpose that is discussed by Prime Minister Chretien in the article posted the other day.

These are people who are going to be brain dead once they legalize this .

they aren't brain dead now why would they be later?

cos now they are controlled by not being allowed to smoke it openly... once it gets legalized, they will take advantage of that factor and smoke up 10-12 times a day like a normal cigarette

More then that ... at least 40-50 times a day. Back in the days when I use to smoke that ... I had 5 to 6 joints/day. My friends are even worse

yea..well its the same situation as u rarely or secretly consume alcohol until u turn legal, and then in the first few months of turning legal, if u have enough money, u get plastered every weekend or as much as possible:D

In Holland, despite it being legal, you are not allowed to smoke outside. And a large number of people actually follow that rule. It's good for people who don't smoke.

i disagree...i used to get plastered almost every weekend in high school. way before legal drinking age. by the time i turned 19, the novelty of it wore off...maybe im just in the minority, i dont know...
