Starting up online Radio server !?!?

Hi!
I recently made a new trance channel on irc based around UK/N.ireland. I was wondering how i would go around starting up a radio server to play mixes on etc.. i know theres shoutcast but my isdn wouldnt be able to host the server.
Can you buy servers etc so they are static?
Any help would be great

great news for me!
I just got my futuretrance channel sponsored by an irc sponsor company and they provided me with a 500 listener server at any kbps!! (the owner liked trance)!
hows that for luck? :P |
