I think chicle is a mayan word for tree sap, the kind they used to chew to clean their teeth. This dude Adams went there, got some, added flavouring, and made the first flavoured gum... he called it Chiclets :) |

| hrmm, that sounds pretty acurate chiclet, thats why im saying chiclet is a gum and 'chicle' is spanish for GUM. so whenever you say chiclet your basicaly almost saying gum in spanish. if your pronouncing it right that is, and thats true about gum coming from the sap of tree's hehe.. someone obviously gettin good grades in school hehe:) |

Lynx I saw chiclets in a store!!!!:D
It was ina subwaystore,they sell the one in the green(with white and red)package,the ones in the yellow(with red and white)package,and the fruity ones were all sold out :D |
