I'll also mention Futureshock... just about every track they have done has an intensely loud (relative to the rest of the track), YUGE (as Donald Trump would say), deep and groovy bassline. Even their downtempo tracks like "Kato's Revenge" are killer in this regard. So many names I could name here though :)
