cd-rw's in theory are good but aren't that great when you finally use em. not all cd roms can read them and a lot of people have problems with them in general. i'd just stick with cd-rs.

yeah the main reason i brought a cd writer was for work, and then to find out that a CDRW only can be read in a multi read CD drive (or another CDRW drive!!!), so when you want to give someone a 50mb file you have to waste a CDR (yeah yeah i know they are cheep, but im a tight arse)
also can you formatt a closed CDRW, and can you burn an audio CDRW then after a while Re formatt it and use it again??????(i wouldn't thik so but does anybody know for sure)

as goodnet said, you cannot use cd-rws for audio. tis a shame eh? hehehe. puts mp3 players to shame that way. :D :D :D

I've got 2 cdplayers here wich read cdrw perfectly... so why wouldn't i be able to use them for audio then???

I usually buy a pack of 40 BASF CDR's 80 Min/700 MB. I don't buy any of the cheap and nasty things which are 74 min/650 MB which don't don't even come in cases!
