Need Help Picking Sets for Friend

| one of my friends asked me to make her a couple "techno" cds.:rolleyes: she wants one that is more uplifting and one that is chill. the only things i have played for her so far have been oakie - essential mix from ibiza and dj tiesto - dutch dimension, both of which she enjoyed. let me know what 2 sets you think i should get her a copy of before i explain what this "techno" music is really called. thanks. |

part 2 is unbelievable. I consider it the best set I have heard to this day. Paul oakenfold live @ gatecrasher 99 is great as well. |

Chill, how chill, like brain nubming chill?
Play her the KLF - Chill out, the best damn "chill out" or actually classified as ambient TECHNO! around, and yes for once in her life she will hear real techno all be it it has no consistent bass line or beats, it will make her blank out and trip even with out drugs lolz. Great albulm if you got a wide music tolerance. I can live with out that one.
For epic perhaps one of armin's old sets, maybe johan gielen, dumonde, Cosmic gate... or half the big names.
And if KLF is far too chill lolz, play the gabriel and dresden essential mix, minus acid elliot the set is pure beauty. |

for chill, like chillout give her the solar stone euphoria CD if you have it... and if she likes tiesto and okayes style maybe you can see which particular tracks and she might even like another dj a lot more...
for uplifiting, give her like maybe a set from corsten or armin(a lot of vocals , shell love it)..
or Tiesto at oslo, what a great set.. |
