Every saterday and/or sunday morning is a mysterie, a discovery of what happened the night before :haha:

Puking... how I HATE that. I mean, I don't usualy puke the evening itself, but the morning after, just after I opened my eyes, i feel this unpleasant feeling in my troth and i run to the bathroom and puke (ALOT) in the toilet. Why do we puke from alcohol?

here is some answers for you forgive my spelling since im fighting off a massive hangover right now.

Loss of memory -> is the result of damaged brain cells because they where pretty much swimming in alochol. The efects are hightened in your younger days due to the fact that your brain/body has less tolerance to the toxin.

puking-> (The night off) is releated to the effect that alchol has that causes you to have poor ballance, your brain is getting two sets of diferent signals from your eyes and ears. Due to this your body believes that it has been poisioned(actully has). The natural reation is to try and remove the toxin from your system result you puke.

puking-> (the next morning) If you puke the next morning you have alchol posioning and you probably shouldnt drink that much.

hangover-> hangovers are caused manily by dehydration of the brain. The skin covering the brain called the durma if believe. Shinks from the loss of water in your body and pulls on nerves on the top for you brain. Drinking water before sleeping will reduce the effect but it has to be alot of water.

the constant need to pee-> you all know that when you drink you end up pissing out like twenty times amount that you drank. This is because alchol is a diraretic. A diraretic is a substance that increases your urine production. this is why you get a hangover. Drinks that are mixed with pop will make this worse since caffene is also a diraretic.

I used to think this also but I've been informed otherwise. Drinking a lot of water loosens up your liver, which means it starts dumping the alcohol back into your system. Therefore drinking TONS of water will not compensate for drinking TONS of booze. Just drink a normal glass or two before sleep, and that's about the best you can do.

A few other things about what I like to call CRS syndrome (Can't Remember ):
1. You need to know that you sleep very lightly after getting pissed. You don't go into REM. As a general rule, people wake up scatterbrained from this type of sleep. Anybody who has crammed for an exam -almost- all night and ended up sleeping for say, 2 or 3 hours, will know this is true - that is why people tell you, when studying for an exam, not to bother sleeping at all if you have less than 4 hours. The same is true for "drunk sleep." REM is to the mind what defragmenting is to a hard drive - you may still be able to remember things without proper sleep, but it will take longer to "find" the information!
2. Some people choose not to eat before boozing, so as to get drunk cheaper and faster. People's memories are not so good when they are hungry.
3. Alcohol kills brains cells. This includes memory!

So for those who said that "CRS" is just bull, it's not. I can usually remember my bender nights, but sometimes I can't (for example, when I pounded down about 26 oz. of liquor BEFORE I went out - I can't remember how much I drank after that!). I can still remember some things from that night, but there are a lot of "holes."

omg nutman...

i have yelled at you before for your obvious misconceptions about a TA's heart condition, but now you have outdone yourself once again...

do you know anything about neurology??? I have studied it for over 4 years now along with other anatomical sciences in pre-med...so please if you choose to talk out of your ass, make sure the subject is exotic enough that others haven't had the opportunity to study the field in MEDICAL SCHOOL. you dumb, ugly boy.

Did you go to university when you were 11? Because I'm pretty sure you can't be older than 15.

I notice an absence of medical info in your post to back up your claim. Please, feel free to correct me politely if I'm wrong about something (I'm all for learning new things!), but take your horrible negative n00b attitude and shove it up your ass.

*click* - that's the sound of me puttin' you on ignore!

Orange Juice is probably a good idea, since the large amount of pissing makes you lose more than just water. (That's why they tell you to drink Gatorade and such when you're rolling, right? To keep up your body's sugars, or salts or whatever the hell it is, I don't know the details lol)

Edit: My sources for this info are here .
