I think everybody needs to chill out a bit. There's nothing wrong with Sam's posts, and you're making it sound like everybody else agrees with you and is talking about it, when I don't agree at all and don't know anybody who does (or have ever seen it discussed).
There's a difference between pointless threads and threads which don't interest you, this is obviously not a pointless thread since it's got so many replies. A lot more than the "DJ Scumbag was so good he made me cry last night I wish he was gay" threads.
If you don't like her threads don't open them :) They only take up one extra row on the board :) |

where not all raving tune nerds george! some of us like to have a bit of friendly bitch and moan! just coz she doesn't post about tunes that make her wet all the time! i like sam's threads coz there real life things! think your being a bit harsh on her tbf! Whats it matter that you think she's posting ! others on here might consider you posts aload of e! |

yeh this brd did used to be very very dead!
u cant control what people write and if they want to make new friends and have fun whats the problem? the gc board abuses people..but theres neva bin any tension on this board.....if u want the whole music thing then theres a whole forum dedicated to that...it doesnt dsay anywhere that is for the things toby mentioneds - and wtf is gc random anyway? |

i think you will find it wasnt :) it used to move as quick as the GC board but then we got an IRC channel..
but either way, i agree with spad on this one. theres no harm in this thread, it has been discussed, and yes it has gone down to a bit of banter. whats wrong with that? thats what has always set this section above the rest. other local forums are restricted to music only stuff and meeting arrangements but IMO thats fekkin bollocks. this forum is here to let us, the people of the uk, talk to each other in the way we wish to. very often that is just generally bull.. and we are ALL guilty of posting some of that.
