This service must be 10 times worse.

isp = internet service provider
i have ntl, and for the stole reaon its free, 24/7 internet...free, u cant really complain about free stuff but this is an exception, there service is bloody awful, and the HELP line...£1 a min ($1.5) on ya bike!
i would bitch about them now but uve herd it all b4!
