Well the promotion needs work....Not very smart marketing flyers with the wrong date.

RE: THE DATE ON THE FLYER
it's a just a typo... this is the only jpg I had. the version that went to print had the correct date.
I have a few free guest list spots available on a first come first serve basis, and I will have an unlimited number of reduced spots.
email me at [email protected]
as well, keep your ears to the ground cause we've got some HUGE nights coming up ;) |

Can anyone give me the lowdown on Lotus....ie. setup, vibe, comparrison to another bar, etc?
The website makes it sound like it could be a pretty sick place!
especially on Fridays. |

I really want to go to Lotus this friday even though i've heard only bad things about the crowd and the actual structure of the building.
The fact that the management are getting in good DJ's like Fortier and JVM, Lavelle and Seamen shows that this could become another System if the right crowd started to go there.
A shout then to all the prog heads out there who want to party it up Mr Fortier..."Let's go take over that floor ! " :)
BTW. What's the dress code ? Don't tell me i have to become a uppie to get into the place. |

Systems does book trance and techno DJ's from time to time .. the way i see it, Lotus is becoming the prog club of TO ! dunno if u'll find a glowstick in the house ! :toothless |

saturdays are a totally mainstream night and there is strict dress code in place.
There is no dress code on Fridays, and the crowd is actually really good.
as for the talent coming in, this is just the start.
May 30th we've got Layo & Bushwacka!
and there are even more to come!!!! WAY MORE!!! :D |
