you got to upload it to somewhere and then you do this:
(img)url of the pic (/img) and replace the ( and ) with [ and ] |

Uhm.. when you post a new thread or reply -- to the left of the textbox where you type there's something that says "click here for info on how to post pictures, etc. in messages"
