help with the hub

i use the hub almost every day, but for some reason last week it just stopped working, saying 'disconnected from hub' everytime i tried to log in. I am not the most computer literate guy in the world, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running windows XP.

try posting on the hub message board for help related to the hub : http://www.arcobizz.com/cgi-bin/emc/
what programs have you installed/uninstaleld if any? and how do you conect to the internet? what firewall software is running? what dc software do you use
[edit] you using the corect ip? it has changed and i think some of the older adresses that re-direct u arnt in use, check out the emc site its on the top left corner [/edit] |

it might be cuz the addy changed...its now:
emc.arcobizz.com
connect to that and all your old settings from b4 will still resume...have fun... |
