hey Swamps .. my friend runs a pricematching website called PriceNetwork.ca and uses Snitz on his msg forums. He was able to easily code in ASP a rating module so that users would be able to rate each "hot deal" as they call it in terms of quality and difficulty in obtaining the deal on a 1-5 star aggregate.
i just wanted to pass this on to you in case you might find it useful esp. in party review threads where users might be able to assess certain aspects of a party they just attended. I know it might be a little different since vBulletin uses PHP..
