ok ill take it from here every1, LOOK STOP FLOODING WITH HELP OK!! god some ppl! lol! j/k :p

well ill give ya its confusing at first, but when u figure it out its easy. right, first of all theres 2 downloads, both at www.shoutcast.com u need the one called "being a server" once u download that run it and it will eventually say "listening on port 8001" or summit, good, then click the 'edit' tab and read and agjust occordly, then reload it and minimize and leave it then, the second one is called "being a dj" now theres serveral different links to this, the one i have (check u have the same) is called shoutcastdj.exe and is 718k! install this, u have to put it in the winamp directory i think so it runs when winamp does,(i would say but i cant remember, soz) then when u load winmap, that hits u in the face, click on the bottom edit and change the bit rate to 16kbits 8000hz mono MAX or ppl will have probs tuning in, then close that and click the top edit, now get ur IP (start menu>run>type winipcfg>theres ur IP) enter ur IP in the text line headed server IP, then make up a password (make sure this the same as the on u put in the ini file b4) leave the port setting. then, make ur playlist or whatever in winamp, play, click connect, it should say "source stream connected" and then start sending bytes (ur music) it'll also say how many peeps are listening. then spam ur deatils everywhere (IP) j/k, well tell, not spam, and then give them abuse when they complain that its bufferoing too much! lol! well they should sort ya out, if not, just shout (haha, ok crap pun but hey!) and ill help again!

peace

(soz bout ne spelling mistakes, cant be arsed to read it and correct, :p)
