well, you should try to work more on extra sounds and FX on the track, and work more on the breakdowns. otherwise the idea is good.

Thanks for the replies - anyone got any more??
Endre> i'll bear in mind what you have said :) like i metioned before i'm still very new to this, and i'm not sure how to get all the sounds i want yet, so creating remixes/remakes at this early stage is my way of learning the ropes :) |

first off i really dont like the kick ur using :) it sounds a bit wierd to me..
this is very good considering this is some of you first work.. that synth u have at 2:50 and the lead synths in general after that bit (3:36ish) all sound a bit raw and unfukked with, maybe give them some more fx (namely filter them so they rnt so shrill) and u definatly need to compress them :)
i also think the tune takes a while to get anywhere, and then when it gets there, it stays there for too long if u get what i mean :)
and those that said the tune needs more sound FX and little swooshy bits are right too.
if u work on this right it could be a really good remix.. i really like the bit where u miss the kicks out, to give it a hint of breakyness.
ur doing the right things mate, keep doing them ;) |

thanks, some useful comments :)
as for the kick drum, at first i really liked it - but the more i hear it the less i like it - it has a pretty low sound, i need to bring out some top end in it. and the lead synths are my main sticking point - i just cannot get that sound i have in my head - if you know what i mean. I'll stick with it though :whip: |
