no they suck for DJing, and that's way too much money. better give me the guys address so i can get ahold of him and stop him from ripping you off!

just kidding, they are EXCELLENT cd players, industry standard, and that is a killer deal for a pair, buy them!

Hey.. you scared me when i was reading the first part. .lol

thanks ... so... ill have to check thems.... any tips at time when checking those cd players?

Take your own cd's and even perhaps your own headphones to test it, so you know what your music sounds like when you listen to it through the CDJs. Take CDRs as well and make sure they work. If you're new to Djing prob take someone who knows what they're doing with you. You'll need to make sure the change in pitch equates to how much it's moved and definitely check that the track starts instantly when you press play after cueing.

There isn't overly much to check out on a CDJ100, but this means what there is to check is very important. If the players are still under warrranty make sure you get the purchase receipt as well.

For that price they are by far the best deal I've heard of, if you are worried about budget. The Pioneer name speaks for itself--everything Pioneer puts its hands on usually comes out as very good equipment, though you pay for that most of the time. In this case, you are basically buying one and getting one for free.

I personally have owned and used these decks for about 3 years now, and I have never once had anything go wrong with them, and have never wanted for more in a cd deck.

The only advice that I will give you is that you ask why he is selling them. If they happen to be defective, then you will know this in how he responds. If he says something to the effect of "I want better decks", then ask which ones, because if they aren't something along the lines of a digital TT like the CDJ-1000, then you'll know that he's feeding you BS.

thanks... well.. I havent seen the cd players yet... I talked to the guy that is selling thems by phone today.. he told me that the players are in good condition... and the players doesnt read CDs that has deep scratches.... is that a normal thing??...he told me that if the cd is perfect will read it perfect.. but not with scratches..
