2. What are your top 3 or more types of cheese? I like brie, but as far as cooking goes, gorgonzola's great! |

2. Parmigiano Reggiano is my favourite cheese but only small bits of it on salad and pasta. To actually cut a piece and eat, I would have to say either Edam or Mozzarella. Brie is awesome too on crackers and in a toasted sandwich. |

2. mozerella is the greatest. second maybe port salut and then gouda. |

1. was born in Mexico, but lived around.
2. 'reggianito' [Reggiano] is damn great on pasta/salad, otherwise, melted gouda in a sandwich...overall, it would have to be this mexican cheese called 'Chihuahua' - it's great..on everything. even by its own, actually. |
