Zentz was aight, nothing special. Gabry seriously lacked some flow, needs to work on his set production. I give him props for playin Cave - Street Carnival, i love that track. Mauro was simply amazing, I don't know what you didn't like, if it was his mixing he was have a lot of problems with the decks and even shutdown the #2. Were you one of those guys saying Mauro sucks. Like 99% of the ppl. there were simply amazed and like 2 guys were giving him , though a few of us told them to shut up and they walked away. :stongue:

Mauro was GREAT!

Mauro is never at his best in nyc(check him out in TO or MTL)..his set was blah worse then his set in oct, 1hr of minimal then it was ok but 6 trainwrecks isnt a good thing....high light of his set had to be monika kruse - wavez(picotto private rmx) and hearing cold funk in a club was good. But this was bad bad bad night, he needs to learn to beatmatch and get the records cued up becuause doing back spins from mixes is not what i expect from him,and another time when he ed on the mix he just spun the record fast and just fadded over to the new track....that was juts nasty and ugly. His set had no flow, he needs to learn to mix tracks for more than 10 secs, and he needs to turn down the bass since it was too muddy, you couldnt hear the beats it was just weird...all you herd were a humming noise.

Gabry Fasano was good but his set didnt have any flow and dude didnt even play any of his bootleg remixes...benzoal, gatex or dooms day...but his set got better towards the end so not bad for his second time playing in the states. Atleaset he did get much better towards then end to make me go nuts with john and fernando(new TA). Hearing gabry drop street carnival and sunshie was good but none of his mixes or tracks which was stupid. Sicne when mauro plays gabrys mix of benozal and gatex the crowd goes nuts. But overall gabry was better than mauro.

Brayan zentwas the man of the night!! US talent from Va and he rocked my ass. he warmed up very well for mauro and his mxing was flawless. He was just awesome with the mixing....cross fading between tracks and sampling at the same time which owned! Herd couple of Technasia tracks and others which i have no clue what they were, but they were nice and funky. His set was just awesome and towards the end when he started getting more funky and harder the dance floor got full and he ended with D-clash which got the crowd going nuts!. If anyone gets a chance to see him...make sure the check him out, you will love it!

Bryan zent was the man....and there were to many guidos in there, art brought over his SF family.

Didnt see art or missy :( but it was nice seeing john and Hitokiri. Also it was fun to run into fernando at the door and he rememberd me from mauro in OCT, got him to sing up on TA so he will be posting soon.

Gabry Fasano was sick. I can olnly compare him to Ton Tb when he plays his hardest :). When you cant tell where ANY tracks start or end (the whole set sounded like one big song) = Flow. This was only after he worked out a few kinks in the first 30 min. This guy was way better then piccoto. Piccoto was great last night also he played funky tech wich I liked alot. His cd skipped but he recovered nicely.

I swear I heard Fasano play Forever Waiting last night.

Highlight of Piccoto's set BACK TO MUTHAING CALI !! (techno remix):thepirate

Did Gabry play a remix of The Roc Project??? I swear it was, but I could be wrong... I also swear I heard those lil drum things from James Holden - Never in one of the tracks Mauro played..

Gawd I loved Mauro's set...

I thought Picotto's set was good, but def not amazing. In miami he was much better. too much skipping going on and it was kinda killing him. Had to leave early though which I didn't want to but til next time.
