Hi Guys,
I am curious to know every one's opinion about these tracks
All i want is all I need-> oakie
We are alive-> pvd
rising star-> touch me(current fav tune with vocals)
Ive got too many mp3's ...15 ...gawd...if any of u need any tell me..I am burning them on cd's soon... |

the rising star choon is great. the avb mix and the vdm mix are both equally spectacular if you ask me. :) vdm's is much different than the original.
we are alive. ahhhh who can forget this choon? a classic that many feel defines trance. also one of those trackz that define pvd himself. hehehe. a good track that i love to listen to every once and a while. the vocals in this one aren't annoying either, it adds to the song quite nicely.
oakie's track is alright. not particularly fond of it but finds a home on me playlist from time to time i guess. hehe.
there's my 2 cents.
oh yeah. this should go in the music discussion. :) |

Thanks for your reply lynx..one of those few people's values I respect.
I actually heard oakenfold's song in a lounge in chicago...i went there like 100's of times and I heard it every time.
No one knew the name..not even the DJ..he crossed the limit when he said..pvd and oakie suck as dj's..they dont even make their own songs...I felt like kicking his ass but oh well.
What do ya think of pike-> pvd..its a gr8 song...nostrum->brainchild veracocha->carte blanche(every 1 keeps saying its awesome..i think it s just a'ight..the video is in cheesy and whacked out) |

I do not liekthe Oakenfold track at all
Rising Star "Touch Me" - Nice track, favourite mix is the Armin Van Buuren Mix!
Paul van Dyk "We Are Alive" - I seem to remember being absolutely shocked when I first heard this as a PvD track. It's a cover of Jennifer Brown "Alive" which was a pop song and PvD shares the annoying vocals and stupid lyrics. No mixes really cut it apart from the version on "Out There And Back". A definite thumbs down for this! |
